Hi and thank you for visiting my site. As you may have guessed, I'm Michael, a professional wildlife and dog photographer based in Hong Kong.

Spending time with nature has always been nourishing for my soul, allowing me to escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. My strong connection to the natural world has been present from a young age and was nurtured through countryside walks with my grandfather in the forests of South Wales.

On an expedition to Madagascar, over 10 years ago, my photographic journey began. Since that trip I have travelled to over 30 countries, always with a camera by my side.

A genuine interest and curiosity towards natural history provides me with endless photographic opportunities, both close to home and further afield. The skills and expertise I honed by photographing the unpredictable and often fast paced wildlife in places such as Borneo and Brazil are forever evolving and have equipped me with the ability to capture picture perfect images of creatures great and small.
